See the whole system working on a real-sized school: Greenfield Public School is a sample primary school (Class 1–5) with 2,000 students, 69 teachers, 1,400 parent accounts, a full weekly timetable, fees and four weeks of attendance. Every name and number in it is made up.

1. Visit the school websites — no sign-in needed

Every school gets its own website on its own address, managed from the school's dashboard.

• Greenfield Public School — homepage, admissions, a fee structure generated from the school's real fee settings, news & events and a working contact form.
• Demo Public School — a smaller school with a different design.

2. Sign in and explore

Sign in at app.yourforce.io with any of these demo accounts. The password for all of them is DemoSchool2026!

This is a read-only demo: open any page and try anything — changes simply aren't saved, so you can't break it.

• School admin — admin@greenfield.test. The 2,000-student register with class filters, a clash-free timetable for 50 sections, generate a month's fee bills for every student in under a second (brothers and sisters get the sibling discount automatically), create an exam and print report cards, and edit the school website.
• Class teacher — teacher063@greenfield.test. Mark today's attendance for Class 5-A, enter exam marks, write report card remarks and reply to parents.
• Subject teacher — teacher067@greenfield.test. Enter Maths marks — only for the sections this teacher actually teaches.
• Parent — parent0001@greenfield.test. One sign-in for three children in different classes: attendance, fee challans with the sibling discount, timetable, exam date sheets and report cards, leave requests and messages to the class teacher. Try it on your phone.
• Accountant — accounts1@greenfield.test. Record payments, print receipts, follow up overdue fees.
